When I try to start the car with the FIC it just cranks and wont start, runs fine with the bypass plugged in. I am using the z1.10 hex, and I triple checked the wiring. Any Ideas?

 

In your fuel map, add fuel in the cells from 0-375 rpm and 13.7-14.7 psi. I found that my unit needed extra fuel in these cells when cranking. Basically at atmospheric low rpm it needed more fuel. You can play with the amount to get consistent cranking.

 

So the wiring diagram I was using had the cam and crank wires backwards, running great now.
