1.6 Turbo help!!

Hey guys! I just got this 1993 Miata with a 1.6 long nose with a CX racing turbo kit with RX7 turbo injectors. I was driving it home and the AFR started reading 7.4 and it would do some kind of limiter at 4500-?? rpms. Then my RPM gauge stopped working and lights started to dim....I know it needs a tune and has a power draw but idk what this is? Any ideas my dudes? Thanks my dudes!! <3

Bad ground, melted 12v positive somewhere, or something else.

What ecu?

its got a megasquirt MS2.
the ground would be causing it to read wrong and make the car act all sluggish and laggy?

From what i'm seeing it could be a bad air/fuel ratio sensor? Its acting like all the symptoms of one going bad, but a bad ground is a probable cause as well. thanks for the help man!
