No pics, but for mine, I used the factory 01+ header, factory heat shield. I'm going to see how it does, if it's hot either TDR wrap or wrap the individual tubes with the fiberglass header wrap. TDR would be better for header life, but may no fit due to clearance, not sure how thick the blanket it. Wrap will fit, and is cheaper, but not good for header life, rust, etc.

I had the BRP setup, 2001+ factory header and the TDR blanket. No issues with fitment on my car. Worked out well.

Yea I could've scrunched it but the bracket eventually becomes a conductor after the blanket heat soaks so this will hopefully be a better solution for me.

The bracket becomes a conductor anyway. But, the shield looks nice and clean. Maybe a self adhering heat mat on the manifold side? Something thin like the Aerogel blankets (amazing insulator).

Thanks, this build looks great. I will try with wraped tubes and if I can bend the original shield. The idea to have shielded the SC is very good I will considered as an option
