Default Lean issue at idle and stumble

I just recently bought a NB Miata with an FFS Supercharger. I drove it 10 hours on the highway without issue after picking it up.

It sat for a few days and everything was normal.

I pulled the car out to flog it some, and confirm the clutch was slipping under boost and high RPMs. I noticed it would go really rich after I was off throttle, and I guessed it was just a slow read.

Shortly into this, I noticed the car stumble off throttle, and the engine light flashed on for a sec. I think it stalled while i was off throttle on the highway.

After I pulled off the highway, it would not run off throttle, Now when I start it, it runs really rich 11AFR for about 30s, and then lean around a 20-25 AFR with stumbling at idle until it dies.

I turned the idle up and forced it to run at 2k RPMs to see if it would toss a code. It threw P0106 and p1170. I cleaned Idle control valve, confirmed the boost solenoid was functioning. I also cleaned the MAF, PCV, the MAP/boost sensor, and boost solenoid. I ran the vacuum line direct bypassing the solenoid to the MAP, and nothing changed.

I unplugged the ICV , TPS, the MAF, and all had a negative impacted when unplugged. So I ASSume they are working in some capacity.

I sprayed carb cleaner near the 5/6 injectors as one is slightly loose, but I can't tighten it, due the other injectors blocking it (I'll fix that later). Anyway... it did idle up from spraying carb cleaner on it.

Fuel pressure stays around 70. And before all this the AFR, was great 99% of the time and didn't require adjustments.

Thoughts?? Is this a simple vacuum leak from the 5/6 injector on the supercharger ?

Problem solved.,. A bolt fell out of the underside mount letting air get sucked in.
