I'll be making a build thread soon, I have a lot of work done to the car and I've learned a few good lessons.

I'll be looking into bigger injectors once I get the MS figured out. Over the weekend I managed to completely screw up my base map trying to fix the idle. The idle is now worse and the car wont run once it warms up .

Since installing the MSPNP3 I've driven about 75 miles, done 1 doughnut, tried to lower the idle, and ruined the tune possibly the COP kit too. Now it wont start, it just cranks and pumps fuel so I can confidently say its not getting spark at the right time or at all. I haven't had time to swap the stock coils back on to test it and I did reload the base map but it didn't fix the issue.
I'm taking it down to Moore Automotive in VA to sort the tune/ignition issues out next week, but if I could drive the car down there it'd be so much less of a logistical nightmare.

Why don't you pull the coils out, stick spare spark plugs in them and use the test mode in Tunerstudio to check if they're working or not?

That's a good idea, way less work! Hopefully tonight I'll have time to give that a try, thanks.

Really glad I stumbled upon this thread, as I also have the KW fuel card woes with my NB1. My problem is mostly within the first 5 mins of a cold start. When I come to a stop, my wideband shows a lean AFR and the car stumbles and almost dies (did die, once).

Once everything is warmed up, it seems to run pretty well (I do have at least one random hesitation when accelerating within those 5 mins as well, but no significant changes noticed in the AFR). My band-aid fix for the idle/lean issue has been to back out the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body back 2.5 turns. FM suggests this in their turbo install instructions for piggy-back applications. I do notice my AFR goes rich momentarily when I punch the gas, and then swings to the appropriate AFR. I believe this is the fuel card and ecu fighting one another. Inside the KW fuel card/box, there is one POT for adjusting AFR under boost, but it does not have the 2nd POT that the Voodoo Box does for adjusting the 'tip-in' AFR, unfortunately.

My plan is to invest in a MSPNP2 99/00 to fix all of this mess. In the meantime, I may try doing what was discussed here and remove the fuel card and put the old injectors back in.
