Default Getting ready for a SC

Well to start things off, I work at a shop and the mechanic is fixing a miata(head gasket) and im just wondering what I can upgrade while hes changing the head gasket, can i buy an upgraded headgasket?

Also,What else would i have to do to be able to get the supercharger on and running well.
Do all the SC's fit on autos, or only certain brands/types.

Ill have more info/questions on monday. when we get the car.

I appoligize for my noobishness.

you want the 8mm magnesium JDM head gasket. It holds 3950psi, roughly the equivalent of JB-Weld.

Try searching....and an intro thread...or reading the stickies...*******.

not a lot you can do with just the head off, stock head gasket is more than fine. As long as you're under 250whp you don't need rods or pistons anyhow.

How much boost on what supercharger setup? You may not need one.

To get a finnal answer call Flyin Miata Or BEGI. They will know.

Good Luck!
