Cruise control doesn't disengage when you shift to neutral....ever.

It WILL however, disengage if you push the clutch...

OP, Stein has a good idea on looking for disconnected ground straps. Check your car over.

 

thanx guys turn signal problem solved last night under dash fuse was blowing. but now while i am driving car dies it feels like ecu is shutting of it self then comes back. i am gonna change to 5speed ecu hopelly it will solve the problem

 

The beeps might be due to loose connections to the gauge cluster, would explain some of the the other issues as well. I had the gauge cluster out while doing the first starts on my new 1.8 swap and had a similar beep. I don't know why they would have messed with the gauges unless they needed to swap the speedo cable or something.
