Default 90 Model- Adding extended top hats

After bending a wheel due to my effectively 0 rear suspension travel, I've decided it's finally time to get extended tophats for the rear of my car. Suspension as it is now is how it came from the previous owner, completely stock (to my knowledge) with a set of Tein Street Advance coilovers on the NA tophats.

A couple of questions:
- I was looking at the Goodwin extended tophats. Are these any good? I found a thread from another forum where a guy used them on his Teins and was happy.
- Are there any common wear items that I should be looking to replace on this 30 year old 110k mile car?
- What would be the next logical thing to upgrade? I might run an auto-x this year, but don't anticipate tracking any time soon. The car has stock sway bars and no bracing other than whatever the HardDog Hardbar and delrin door bushings provide. If anything I was looking at fender braces (frog arms) or frame rails next, but I'm open to suggestion.

Thanks for any help. The car is a 50% duty daily driver (I also have a truck) but I'm not too sensitive to some more NVH in exchange for performance.
