my car setup

2002 miata ls
JIC magic shock 1 way with purple spring(dont know the rating)
1.25 rb front sway bar,stock rear

its for track 95% of the time with 225 45 15 hoosier tire

im about to set the alignment to 949racing supermiata race alignment

for the height what is the best? same height front and rear or the rear should be higher???

what do you think???

 

949's alignment page has recommendations for those settings ...

You will want some rake to the car, 1/4" or so higher at the rear pinch weld compared to the front if I recall correctly.
