Gotcha. Like I said, try adjusting more, and re-bleeding. If that does not fix it, then you'll have to pull the tranny and inspect the install.

and FYI the 949 clutch line will fully bleed in like 10 pumps, doubt its the hydraulics.

Update: Problem solved!

Well everyone, after rebleeding the system and playing around with the pedal adjustments some more, we decided to drop the trans. Turns out my dumbass forgot to completely torque down the pressure plate bolts that connect it to the flywheel.

Tightened them down, rebled the system and immediately got a stiffer pedal. Took the car off the jacks and was able to drive it! Thanks again everyone for the help.
