Default Clutch Not Disengaging Properly

I have a stock 94 5spd (stock engine for now ) I have noticed that my clutch does not disengage properly. When I shift from one gear to the next I must wait a short delay to get it into gear. (By than my rpms have dropped enough that unless I WOT shift its not smooth) It seems like the longer or harder I drive the worse it gets. To the point its extremely difficult to get into gear.

I notice that there is a high pitched squeaking when the clutch is fully let out but when the play clutch is pushed in the squeaking goes away.

I will be re-building or replacing the slave cylinder. I was thinking maybe it was a leaky slave cylinder or a possible combination of the slave cylinder and a worn rubber shift boot.
Any ideas?
I'm trying to get my car prepped for boost, if I cant shift with stock hp I can't imagine double that.

Clutch fluid level?
Leaky slave means low fluid. Add fluid, bleed, try again.
