Diff Knocking on decel

96 Miata, Junkyard 3.63 r&p, Junkyard torsen II, .0045 backlash (spec is 0036-0043). Reused the OEM bearings.
I did not replace the pinion bearing or sleeve since I used the 3.63 case.
I "rebuilt" this diff with JY parts and was getting a low knock/rumble only on decel. Sound follows car speed (louder/faster at higher speeds)
Is this enough depth? Should I tighten the lash?
Also, take a look at the two teeth with what looks like stress cracks. Enough to worry about?
