Failed rear, upper, outer bushing

Failed rear, upper, outer bushing
Gentlemen,
Discovered a bad rear, upper, outer control arm bushing. After separating the control arm from the hub carrier, I was able to push the bad bushing out with just two fingers. Is this indicative of a normal bushing failure or do I have bigger problems?
