A buddy and I recently bought some Mazda Comp front hubs, and 3 of the four look to have potential issues. I wanted to get opinions. The back race is not flush. One side things are perfectly flush and the other side part of the race is sticking out. Not sure if it can been seen well enough in the attached picture. Just to us this doesn't seem correct. We will call Mazda Comp this week to see what they say.

 

You can tap the back race in with a rubber mallet to see if it moves down. Usually as you install these and torque them, they will straighten.

 

I looked at it again, and it appears some of the seal is pressed in too low (not flush with the hub either). This is on the same side where the race is too high.
