I'm going to be running R1Rs for the time this year as a result of not being to find R-S3 stock anywhere. So I'm wondering if anyone can suggest some starting points for set-up for this tire.

Usage will be track and autox
Tires are 225/45R15 on a 15x9 6UL with 3mm spacer
FM AFCO with 450/300 springs
FM anti-roll - stiff front; middle rear

Alignment suggestions and autox cold pressure suggestions would be appreciated.
