rokker coilovers

Default rokker coilovers

My friends with a GTi showed me these coils for his car and i noticed they were also for NA miatas has anyone used them or know of anyone who has?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they are absolute ****. They seem to be all over ebay for under $300, for a full coilover setup. They might be fine for slammed garbage VW's, but performance or ride quality is probably zero.

they are made by raceland which seems to be a decent company. just wanted to see if anyone used them i'm going to wait for my friend to get them and if they ride okay i might have to buy them because they are show cheap and probably a little better then a 20 year old suspension kit

Why not get racelands?
I've had mine since last december and they're still holding up great. My car is not slamzorzed though

racelands arent DOT approved and "are not for road use" so my parents wont let me spend the money.

same price as the racelands. look the same aside from spring color. looks like just a rebadged raceland.

and they are for "off road use only" as well.

rokkers were introduced one racelands went on backorder. i think the spring rates are different and i could of sworn 3 months ago they were dot approved. guess im going racelands just need some info on them so i can convince my parents

Most suspension components that are not oem are going to say "for off road use only".

Id buy the Ricelands before "rokker coilovers'/

thats what im going to do i thought the rokkers were dot approved. they arent necessarily knock offs v-maxx makes racelands and they also make rokker the low end market for suspension is all one company

Just got my car back today and the labor bill was $2000 so don't have all the money I thought. If you still have them in 2 or so months I'll buy them. Thank you for the offer.

If i'm getting the right vibe here, you're paying some one else to install them for you yet you're cheaping out on the parts that you will drive till you replace the car? Buy a REAL kit for 200 bucks more such as the V-maxx from FlyinMiata and install them your self.
