Is there any leakage of oil out of either shock where the rod goes into it?

Nope, they both look nice and dry.

Could be one bad shock, or it could be bad bushings. If it requires steering correction I'd more guess the latter.

Well, as a bit of a bump / follow up: I picked up a '95 with 700/400 Xidas, but no turbo. Hitting the same bump on the straight is a completely different experience with these xidas. They are phenomenal, less roll, more grip, and a smoother ride. I think my FCM bilsteins are toast and I just didn't notice because I had nothing to compare them to.
