Default Steering Rack Spacers/Risers - Correcting Bumpsteer

RuggedBadger is a sister company to a machine shop (PartsBadger). When we are light on jobs we've been running some miata parts and we've released a line of steering rack spacers to help correct bumpsteer on lowered 1990-1997 miatas. Steering rack spacers raise the steering rack which improves steering geometry for lowered Miata’s. Lowering your Miata changes the angle of the tie rod which causes the wheel to change wheel toe over bumps, which is called bump steer. Adding spacers to the steering rack corrects this angle and reduces bump steer. 0.500″ spacers have been the standard for Spec Miata and lowered miata’s for years, but for “slammed” or “stanced” miatas, more spacing is needed, and for street setups, a smaller spacer can be used.

Versions:

0.375″ Spacers for Street/Sport Springs
0.500″ Spacers for Race Springs
0.625″ Spacers for Slammed/Stanced Setups

Includes:

4 x Grade 10.9 Extended Bolts
4 x Grade 10.9 Lock Washers
2 x Machined Aluminum Spacers (Pick your size)
