So what you're saying is, even though you don't actually have any personal experience dealing with him, you feel you can make comments.

So us folks that haven't purchased these shocks ourselves cant voice our opinion?

His product is awesome, but is completely negated by the customer service. I hate the fact that I have a set of shocks that I paid $1300 for and waited over 4 months for in total only to have him cuss me out and act like a child because I kept asking for a printout of the shock dyno before and after. I have never been treated like that in my life, especially not when spending that kind of money. Sure NASCAR or other racers can spit out $1300 at will, but that is one of the most expensive parts I have ever bought for a car. The worst part is I have some questions now and cannot make myself contact him to get the needed info.

I am sure if you drove down there and looked him in the face it would be much harder to promise "in two weeks" and then take 4 months! No offense Danny, but till you have received the SD @nal therapy, I really don't think you understand. I am very glad for your experience, I wish mine went like that. I gave the man 2 chances and got shat on!

I did experience what you went through and I wanted to better understand what this Cottage Industry is all about. My current set-up is similar to yours. 450/275. 1300? What did you buy or how many? 3 of each?

It's my experience that the more high-end and expensive the product, the more you wait. I had to wait 3 months on Xidas. Still waiting on my trackspeed radiator.

The difference, as far as I understand, is that 949/Trackspeed will just say "sorry, we don't know when" and Bernie will say "tomorrow"

OK Bernie needs to work on Communication Skills in addition to not over-comiting. Let's nudge this to the technical side. I am working on setting up a fellow enthusiast with a setup like mine and then I can pit him against another fellow running FCMS DAs. Next step is to find a third NA with Xidas. Lastly need to find a way to do driver swaps.

It's obvious, you bought a cheap Ferrari.

If she has all of that, aren't you supposed to not tell random people over the internet about it no matter what?

Don't know any details of work and life is good. I can't talk about details from work either. Just the way some things are.
