Default Supermiata Competition hubs

Chub!

Pre-Order now for late May shipment.

New heavy duty front and rear NA/NB Competition Hubs from Supermiata.
-Beefy forged 12mm rear and 11mm front hub flanges, about 2x stock thickness
- Synthetic high temp grease
- Grade 5 bearings
- Optional Supermiata extended wheel studs (OEM studs pictured)
- ABS tone rings standard
- Direct swap for OEM

Available individually. $548 shipped for a full set of 4 hubs with extended studs and integrated ABS rings. You can now afford to keep spare hubs for your endurance racer. The thin OEM flanges flex causing pad knockback and camber loss. The thicc boi flanges on these hubs eliminate both issues.

Does this maintain the same ball bearing design as OEM? Are they repackable/serviceable like an OEM? Do they use the same size wheelstuds as OEM? Besides the thicker flanges, what else was done to stiffen the design to reduce flex?

These are basically beefed up OEM style hubs. So OEM style bearings. Repackable yes but they are packed with synthetic high temperature grease so you're not really ever going to need to do that. They accept OEM studs. Rear hub flanges are sized for the larger spline NB studs. The only dimensional difference is the thicker flange, which is the primary source of flex and the only source of breakage on OEM hubs.

Sweet! I'm assuming in due time they will be available individually or for a pair as well?

Not sure what you mean. They are sold individually.

Front hubs available with OEM studs, add extended studs for you to install, or we can preinstall them for you.

Rear hubs come with extended studs by default, preinstalled.

That makes sense, just the original post was $580 for the full set; thus the confusion.

Oof. Right as I finished up installing my BroFab rears. I'll keep an eye on these if I ever have an issue or procure a second Miata lol. Killer pricepoint.

Will these come in ano orange too at some point?

No ano but they do have SUPERMIATA laser etched onto the flanges. That's worth like 2hp

Price was the key metric for developing am OEM style HD hub. We have used the billet and Brofab hubs on our builds. They're both great but outside the budget for many. Our goal was to make something closer to the price of the better OEM replacements (Moog, Centric Premium) that anyone could afford. The price make keeping a spare or two viable for budget enduro teams.

You guys are really rolling out the hits lately. It makes me want to build another Miata just to put in a bulk order of parts stronger than stock, for less than OEM prices. Fantastic work!

Thanks for the kind words. These product releases represent many hours of hard work finally showing up on our doorstep. We've been very, very busy over the last 5 years!

I love supermiata products! I have brofab fronts already, but am in need of rears still. Will be picking up a rear set (if sold separately, OP lists price for all 4 corners..) shortly!

I'm glad I saw this as I'm getting ready to do all the wheel bearings for the first time ever on my '92 with 220k miles. These are cheaper than the Moogs!

I'm not seeing axle nuts on your website (for the rears, as the fronts say it comes with the hub). Or rear wheel bearings. Do you sell either of these?

Nuts included for front only. Not pictured yet.

Make these for the NC and you have 10x times the crowd.
The aftermarket hub situation for the NC is even worse than 90-05.

NC segment could use better hub options but it's actually a much smaller market. We might look at it next year.

We're curious too. I imagine these will show up on a few Spec Miatas, in disguise.

I doubt anyone would notice in Champ Car unless you're at the pointy end and pulled into impound.
