Can T5 from say a Mustang be bolted to a Miata engine?
Or does anyone make a kit?

Yeah I read that.... Just thought about other options.
The T5 is cheap and has plenty of TQ capacity for almost
any Turbo set. Plus I have one in the closet..

Already looking at the 6spd online.. but I need to swap to a
8" diff with a LSD before worryin; about the trans.

 

meh a normal t5 isn't all that great man. And wtf are you talking about an 8 inch unit for the 1.8 one is 7 inch.

 

Yeah I know I goofed 6" and 7" for the Miata TII 8"...

 

Adaptor plate... No one makes one for the T5 to the B6 nor BP that I know of. Make one and post a DIY How To. Good luck.
