Trick for trailering part outs

Hey guys just wanted to share a quick tip for moving a car without suspension. I welded in pieces of 3/4 inch pipe in place of the Konis I removed and sold. This will get the car on the ground with the wheels straight before you get it on a trailer. Fyi. Here are the pics of the setup. Doesn't necessailu require top hats...welding to the frame worked for me.
Ha! Way too much room. I put a coil spring from the 10ae bilsteins I bought between the body and the control arm. Drove like a caddy.
Then again I only needed to move it in and out of the garage.

I didn't even bother cutting a piece to length, just started jamming stuff in from the scrap pile. No sign of splitting or buckling or anything like that. It only has to hold maybe 500-600 pounds per corner.
Probably better than Racelands.
