Answering part of your original question regarding clicks:

I believe I remember Emilio saying that the clicks aren't necessarily the same from shock to shock. So 10 clicks out for me might not give the same result as 10 clicks out for you.

This does alarm me slightly coming from the motorcycle world where clicks tend to be pretty consistent, even on OEM suspension. But hey, I still bought the Xidas and I'm sure I'll be totally happy with them.

This is a very overlooked point, even on ***t quality dampers switching from a performance tire to an all season will see an improvement in ride quality. I have a $500 beater with blown DGR coils and it's far closer to being acceptable on the all seasons compared to the take off performance tires.
