Default Gen2 11.75" Big Brake Kit - No Reply from Trackspeed Engineering

Afternoon Peeps.

A friend of mine has been trying to order up a set of Gen2 11.75" Brakes. As he is rather eager to get it sorted..

He has emailed Trackspeed Engineering twice now regarding ordering a set. But has had no reply at all. The first email was on the 27th.

Is Trackspeed Engineering still in business? As He is worried he is going to have to order a inferior kit else where. :(

Suggesting I'm not in business is probably not the best way to get a reply from me. I just finished a ~100hr week on a customer's deadline project so certain emails were marked for reply at a later date. Please be patient

Sorry I didn't mean to suggest you weren't. Just he was mentioning he had has no reply so wasn't sure what to do. So I thought I do a quick message to ask in here.

I can totally understand you are mega busy and wow at 100hr week. Hats off to you sir. That's a long week!

It's good to know you will be replying soon. He will be happy. As he was set on your kit.

No problem, sometime I have to triage email and only reply to the stuff which can be answered in 10 seconds or less. Everything else gets lumped into a folder earmarked for longer replies when I have more time. I have been known to reply to emails 6-10 days later if they need more attention than I can give them when they are sent
