Yes, you would extend life this way. That's why I pointed out that the tire isn't symmetrical and wasn't designed to be flipped. If you don't mind that, flip away.

245's are mounted, going to get the fenders rolled tomorrow, then testing them out at an autocross over in Brooksville, FL. this weekend.

You should consider instead testing them at Homestead-Miami Speedway with me on Sunday. All my runnin' buddies have their cars apart right now!

15x9" TRM c3m's, no rubbing cruising back from the tire shop, but for aggressive driving the fenders will need to be rolled. I've camped out at the Rolex24 for the last 3 years in a row, I'm taking a break this year, my liver needs it.

I'd like to, but I'm not confident in my cars cooling abilities yet for a track day. Need to get my Singular hood louvers installed and do some ducting work as I was having problems last summer overheating just cruising on the highway at 80mph with the AC on in this FL heat.

NICE! i have a few continental tire teams that i support. Once their race is over i can go full race-fan mode and start drinking.

Most days I'd rather live my dream than watch others live theirs.

And I'm not much for crowds. Or standing in lines.

Here are some fitment pics of the 245's on 9's on an NB. The rears have pretty much been rolled flat, and the fronts are rolled with a slight pull and trimming of the fender liners.

This times x1000.

So many of "the guys" at work can't understand why I don't sit around watching football all weekend...

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy taking in a game now and then, and I've enjoyed seeing the start of the 24hrs of Daytona the last few years in person, but I'd rather do than watch.

Moar pics happened sooner than later, found some nice fluorescent lighting. But yes, fenders definitely need a good rolling to fit these on 9's with no rubbing. My 225 rs3's fit fine at this height with no rubbing anywhere.

OOOHHHH! Are you sure you don't want to go to the track on Sunday?

That's a really nice fit.

Those look great ozbrock, I was just looking into getting a set of the 225's for some 9" 6UL's but now I'm wondering if those 245's would be better... decisions, decisions...
