Thoughts on the matchup? I don't care what you think about the wheels, just input on if you've had bad experiences with them in the past, or think I'll have problems in the future with whatever.

Also, the continentals are a decent set of all seasons that a friend of mine has on his WRX and they have some decent ratings.

Are you getting a super sweet deal on them? cause otherwise why the hell would you spend that much money when there are tons of better options out there?

Also all seasons are far from ideal for our lightweight traction limited cars, and its useless comparing to a wrx cause they have awd and weigh over 1000lbs more

Alrighty then. No, I've haven't had bad experiences with them in the past. I don't think you'll have problems in the future with whatever.

How's that?

Well, here's what I'm looking at, I don't want to increase the weight of my wheel/tire combo any more than necessary. I like the look of these wheels (Hustler, those look ridiculous) and I'm shooting for the 16x7 area.

Find me cheaper wheels that don't look like a plate of metal with holes and rivets in it like the ones Hustler posted and I'll look at them. Better options is all relative.

Thanks hornetball...

The thing I look for in wheels, is that the spokes meet the outer rim of the wheel. I hate the recessed look. If I'm going to accidentally rub a curb, the wheel is going to be ruined anyway.

wow, that's the weirdest preferance in wheels I've ever heard. Haven't seen a single person that actually doesn't like a little lip on their wheels, but its cool: different strokes for different folks.

All season tires are still garbage though.

I refuse to be like everybody else. I don't want any lip!

My old man has Superlegarra's on his MK1 abeit in 15" rather than 16"

Superb wheel, and looks stunning in nickel.

I don't like recessed wheels as well.

Doesn't someone around here have some?

...and if you really don't like lips, then here you go. I neither know nor care to know what these are.
