I found the clamp, but I couldn't find the metal gasket ring.

that ring might be custom. normally there is a uhmw gasket that's used for this style flange and clamp. Look up sanitation clamps (aka sanitary clamps).

Remove the wing nut and use a lock nut and washer.

I might have some at work....

 

I lost a ring gasket thing and couldn't find it online anywhere. I ended up emailing Artech and he said he makes them himself and that he'd drop a few in the mail to me. Shoot him an email.

 

I have sanitory gasket here at work, check 40MP-E-3 (epdm version)

Maybe that's what you're looking for.

 

The ring is 4043 welding rod. We discovered this a few weekends ago when working on EO2k's exhaust.
