wtb 1.8 rearend swap
ok i have about 300 and am looking for the cheapest way to get to a 1.8 rearend upgrade. i dont even care if its an open for now.please help on a budget and need to get my car up and running again.
it's going to be really hard to do it for that price....
Call 678...523...7252 and see if you can't source an Rx7 assembly from them. You should be able to get the complete rear RX7 assembly for under $200.
Then you'd just need the miata bushings ($10), pinon housing ($???), gear ring ($???), & half shafts ($5-100).
All the RX7 parts are way cheaper than the Miata parts. $800 for a miata torsen assembly vs. $300-400 for an RX7 clutch-type assembly.
