Yeah. The world hates me. Advance Auto...nope. Lowes...Nope. Ace Hardware...nope can't get them. Local plumbing shop...Oh yeah!...wait...its plastic.

I just want one...I know they are cheap and I can find them online, but it cost me only twice as much to ship than buy and $15 bucks for one is rediculous. Anybody want to run to Lowes, Home Depot, etc on their way home, pick up this piece and mail it to me? I'll pay you like $10 for the piece, envelope, gas, and time..

Lowes has brass T's and barb fittings. I used to work at Advance so I know what they carry too. They have the barb fittings that are 5/16 on one end and you pick the NPT on the other. These are behind the counter though, so you have to ask someone that knows the store. They also have 1/8 NPT taps and the bit for it too.

 

lowes does not have that size. I'd like to just have a standard 5/16th Tee, no mix/match fittings. I'll check on the bit/tap.

Here lowes has brass 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 NPT T's. They have female pipe on 3 ends. You screw in a NPT to barb fitting and presto.

 

I see what you mean now. I'm trying to just find a 1 piece solution...if not, that is the ticket.
