WTB - BP4W Intake Manifold ASAP

Looks like the manifold will work, I just need the VICS solenoid and sensors. Can anyone help me out, or let me know of a way to source these parts?

Will pay for shipping, I'm located in SF Bay Area.

I ended up just buying the VICS solenoid from Mazda.
