I'm gonna pull the trigger on a turbo any day now, but before I go spending more money than I have on a new setup, I figured I'd ask if anyone's got a used kit for me. I'm in California and want to keep everything all nice and legal-like so I need a CARB sticker and original receipt. If anyone's got a kit that'll play nice with my stock '93, send me a PM. Thanks.

Get a greddy kit, it's CARB legal. People always talk **** about this kit because the only thing on the kit your gonna keep is the manifold and turbo, the rest is junk. There are many upgrades for the Greddy kit. If not, I think Begi has a CARB legal kit too but there customer service sucks donkey *****, answer my calls and e-mails BEGI I want my fucken DP already. Sorry, good luck with your search, I'm happy with my greddy kit, it's turning out ok and i'm in CA too so it's gotta be CARB legal.

 

I have a Garrett T3 Turbo if interested, .63/.64 A/R.

 

He needs a CARB approved setup, there are none for a t3 based setup. And a 1.6 wouldn't spool that turbo very well. Think, man!!
