WTB Miata
Been lurking here for a while and really like what you guys have done to your Miata's. I am looking to buy a Miata this spring.
Ideally, I am looking for a 94-97 NA doesn't matter if it has a turbo or not as long as price reflects condition/options. In some ways it would be nice to buy a car with a turbo already installed, and in others it would be nice to build on the way I want it. Most important feature I am looking for is no rust!
I am located in the north east, but will travel for a car with no rust. Let me know if you are in the market to sell, or know someone who is..

There's a guy in the local club that's selling his. Info is as follows:
Here's the info on the car:
1994
5spd, white with black interior, PKG A
1.8L engine
Tune-up, including new timing belt, water pump and camshaft and crankshaft seals @ 106k miles.
Everything works, it runs GREAT, the AC Blows cold, Just passed inspection (september 2011 is the new sticker)
top is in great condition, interior is great, everything is great. Clutch is good, brakes are good, tires are good, etc. etc. Shocks/Springs are also fresh.
Currently has 116k miles.
The car NEEDS NOTHING.
It has a Salvage branded title.
More pics at : Miata - a set on Flickr
Located at the Jersey Shore. (Belmar I think)
$3500

Depends on the car really. Stock cars say 3K-4K(the white car above would fit the bill nicely it's just the salveage title kills resale value and I don't want to dump a ton of $$ into a vehicle with a salvage title.). Well thought out turbo cars more. Depends on the car really. I know what it costs to asseble one and it might work well if I can find someone that wants to move on to another project..

Wow, good price!
I realize I am buying at the wrong time of year. Was you car driven year round? I don't want a year round car from here. Too much salt & rust. I missed a white 94 base model for $2500 that was stored winters. I jus couldn't get out there when there was daylight and it sold by the weekend.

ya... mine had 132k miles on it and was driven year round...
put all new metal in it immediately after buying it...
and now I just changed the motor (but not because it was bad)
Needless to say...I have a lot more then 10k in it right now
