OK? With so little detail you'd get better results with Google.

-Wheels for what purpose? desired cost?
-Exhaust for what purpose? Losing weight, more sound, more performance?
-You can buy suspension for $300 or over $3000. What's your budget, what are you trying to do with the car?

I have BC Racing coilovers setup that I will be selling soon as I upgraded to xidas.

It's basically 2 setups.

Stiff street/track setup with 12k front 8k rear spring and 1 year old matching shocks.
Good street ride, a bit on the stiff side, but not harsh and handles great for performance street and track use.

2nd setup is a nice performance street setup with comfort. And light track use.
8k front 6k rear. With 6 year old matching shocks.

So you have a like new track setup and good working comfy street setup for the price of one set of coilovers.

$850 shipped.

I have an Enthuza 2.5" SS Resonated Midpipe and an Artech "Big Boy" XL Maganaflow Axle Back. Good sound and on the lower sound level with good flow. 2.5" straight through. A few dents on the midpipe. $325 plus shipping

Any audio? Will the midpipe bolt up to a FM Dp without issue? If not, I have to pass since you do not have a DP to go with your setup.

All available down pipes and mid pipes are the same as oem fitment when they are MSM specific unless custom. So yes it will fit an OEM, FM, Bell or other non custom dp. I do not have audio as I never used this set up myself or heard it, came with a package deal. This is a popular exhaust here. Both pieces have slip joints so it is clockable if a flange is slightly off from yours. Then weld the slip sections and ditch clamps. Slips are really for shipping. I actually have a very low mileage ~3000 miles FM HF Catted Down Pipe. Car was stock besides intake, and ran hard with no daily driving. So that cat should be like new. I have that for $310.
