Default WTB PNP Megasquirt 92 1.6L and clutch
Going turbo budget is getting tight still need to find a ECU and a aftermarket clutch to get me going until I can buy a new one.

If clutch and ECU are not at the top of things you need to purchase, your list is in the wrong order and you are focussing on the wrong things to turbo your miata.
