mazda part BP01-15-930 eliminating the ps pump w/ac

 

I've heard they're expensive and hard to come by, other options:

A. Gatorback makes a 30inch 4 rib belt. Remove PS completely. Position belt across crank pulley and start it along the top of the AC pulley. Hold belt in place with screwdriver and have friend hit the starter. Belt jumps into place and fits perfect, no squealing, cold AC.



B. Remove PS pump and lines, put PS pulley back in place.
