clear vinyl (i wish I did the smoked stuff) from the fabric store, "marine glue" in the blue tube from lowes, glue it in sections and apply pressure creatively for a few minutes until it starts to dry, then after a few hours, put the top up. The next day, go from the outside and do a bead of silicone around it. Mine's held fine for 3 years now, and its still water tight.

So glad I run my hardtop in the winter! Cold plastic hates to be touched. I have a complete top if you run out of luck.
