I'm deciding to focus my NA build on a more track and autocross set up with some canyon runs in the mix. My Megan EZ streets just aren't cutting it.

Looking for a good performing set of coilover or spring shock combo (trying to keep it around the $400-$1000 price range so no Xida, or Ohlins please)

why would you want fortune autos? they are megans.

Fortune auto isnt the same as megan, If they do use the same parts(which I dont doubt), the valving is completely different, the FA's are very digressive. I highly considered getting FA's. But I ended up getting xida's instead.
