I'm picking up a jug of Rotella today!

Is there anywhere cheaper to buy a long straight piece of silicone hose? Like this... $25 + Shipping is steep for a foot of silicone hose

Silicone Hose

I guess my only other solution would be to use a 6" aluminum pipe but I like the idea of using the silicone hose and cut it to the perfect length. It would also be flexible obviously which would help with the connection I need to make

Having some exhaust fitment issues with my Artech exhaust :-/

Do you guys thing extended exhaust hangers will help drop the muffler enough to mate it up with the mid-pipe?

My other option would be to remove the mid-pipe exhaust hanger which gives me a lot more room to work with. If I do that though, I will have to cut off the OEM exhaust hanger rod that is welded to the frame, as it will make contact with the exhaust

something doesnt seem right there. You shouldnt have to do anything weird to make that fit. The mid pipe looks low. but if you brought it all the way up to the muffler height it might hit the axle, so the muffler might be a bit high too. This sounds like a job for contacting abe.

Might just be the picture. I can push the mid pipe up to the muffler and almost make it mate to the muffler, but I dont like the way everything is stressed.... There wont be any interference with the axle. If I dropped the muffler a little bit everything would line up perfect

But you want the midpipe higher. If you had a sightly new car with that rear brace the pipe should clear it.

This. The muffler position looks correct and the midpipe looks low. I assumed it was the flex joint at the down pipe was allowing things to sag a bit.

Sorry for the delay, I found an extra ignitor and wired it up for batch operation. I left two strands connected if you ever decide to use sequential and want to shift wires later. If everything works out, just seal it up with quick epoxy. I left it open just in case. COPS should be plug and play now, just attach ground to the head (or extend from the ignitor). You'll see what I mean.
