Alright well minor update on the car:
Finally got most of my MS3x nightmare figured out. Car fired up and drove it around a little bit.
Then I promptly blew up my AC compressor a few minutes later because the settings in the MS are somehow messed up for AC and kept the compressor on and engaged the whole time. The AC fan never came on and doens't come on. Also "AC" is on in megasquirt/tunerstudio and doens't turn off no matter what.
So yeah, me and Scott are going to have to figure that one out now.
Other than that it seems like everything is decent. Car drives and idles. Its rough because its completely untuned, but I'm really happy to have made progress.
Once this AC issue is figured out, I'll re-synch timing, re-calibrate all the sensors, and start working on startup and idle. It takes a few turns for it to fire up, and idle is a little high right now. I'm hoping to have that dialed in by Thursday, and finally start tuning for power.
Its on e85 already

After installing the adaptronic I spent countless hours chasing the reason for AC request was on all the time even though the AC button was not depressed, and it seems that on miatas having the HVAC vent selector on either defrost setting also request AC. The AC switch does not light up when activated this way.
Check if this is the source of your issue. This "feature" is also easily defeated by removing a connector from the back of the selector switch.

I used Nitrous IN for his A/C switch input. I think I forgot to install a jumper on JP8 (that's keeping the input always active).
A/C Fan didn't come on, because for some reason that map I setup for you doesn't have the a/c fan turn on with A/C setting checked, so it was just being used as a secondary fan right now, coming on at 210°F, where the main fan should come on at 200°F.
Should be a simple fix, adding jumper on two pins.

It's not installed by default (because it's a switched 12v input), and it's not an input I tend to use on the 90-00 installs so I completely forgot about it. but I have to move **** around when using VVT because of the way the MS3X handles the frequency banks. Where I actually have VVT out on nitrous2, Not VVT out. So I ended up moving things around from my typical build. Dont hate; simple fix;; we all human;;;yolo.
