Looks really good, especially considering the boost level. IMO work on the spool characteristics, maybe a MBC so it can hold 13-14 throughout the powerband.

Holding 12.5:1afr for the full powerband would also be nice.

Anyone else notice duty cycle? Could that also explain my lean condition with more boost, even though i'm adding more and more fuel in the map?
I highly doubt i'm at the max of these injectors 750cc. Fuel filter is new, but pressure at the rail is unknown. Old pump could just be old. I didn't find any definitive numbers where these stock pumps run out.
I have an upgrade pump here to put in as well.

You aren't kidding. I never changed it after the engine build except for some idle stuff and a little autotune. But once it got cold it just got worse and worse. I need to make a bran new VE map.

It was good though when it was summer, i made it down south and back no problem.

The cast turndown? Yeah. It's on there. For what it's worth the cast log, turbo and turndown have some pretty heavy port work done to them. It's somewhere in this thread.
I'm gonna shatter nitrodanns 2560 "record" with it. lol

nah. It is what it is. If i go bigger turbo which i highly doubt i'll build a 3" exhaust.

For now i have to figure out how to wire these COP's up to my car. They're wired for 96+ wiring, but from reading diagrams i think i just need to add a tach signal.

Also figure out what i need to buy to upgrade my fuel. I've got the DW300 pump, looking at a fuelab regulator with adapter and some braided stainless line.

That REALLY looks nice for a rustbelt car.

It's a Kentucky car.

I got it pretty damn cheap. It was in a front end accident but has a clean title. It drives super smooth and straight.

It is nice having more than one car, I'm sure that especially true up north with all the rust potential.

Oh yeah, it's pretty nice for sure. I'm enjoying it quite a bit.
Clutch chatters like crazy when cold. I'm assuming it's OEM and will need to be replaced sometime in the near future. Hopefully i can get through winter with it.
OEM battery (i'm guessing) does not like the cold. Does fine in the morning after it's been sitting in the heated garage all night. But when i left work it struggled a little.
It needs new hard top latches. For some reason the ones on it don't click into place.
The fog lights have a short somewhere. Not messing with that at this point.

Ordered a set of Michelin IceX XI3 winter tires for it. It's such a pleasant car to drive. Everything from the NA was improved. Which is a good and bad thing depending on what you're looking for. Overall, i'm happy. We'll see what happens when we get naild with a foot of snow.

Oh, and VVT is weird....

I feel like sometimes when i'm accelerating it just "turns on" at like 2000rpm or so, throttle dependent.
But if i'm driving with a light foot it doesn't "turn on" at all no matter the RPM.

I'm probably completely off with how it's actually working. That's just what i'm feeling. Different from anything i've experienced before. For all i know it could be broken.
It does feel more "harsh" when the oil is cold too.

Common problem. They tried to improve the perfection that was the NA and made some shitty latches that wear out. Mobius just bought an entire new set for his top. I'm not sure if the superior NA latches bolt up, or if you just need to buck up and buy brand new. Look into that.
