Nice unit. Don't why it has "Turbo Miata" written on it though..

I guess BEGI couldn't fit "Badass ************" on it!

Wow, that is the messiest engine bay I've ever seen, haha. You should clean it up a little bit. The manifold looks good though, I was looking at getting one, will be cool to see dyno numbers

Wow, really? You haven't been looking hard enough, then This forum is rife with ugly engine bays...e.g., mine: http://www.boompa.com/bripab007/turb...pictures/7196/

I believe they will jump to $350 or so.

The messiest you have ever seen? I have these things called vacuum lines that I need to run to a lot of different things in my engine bay, I guess I could just leave all the lines off and have it look clean if that would make it less messy. I think when I dyno the dyno operator wont let me dyno until I make my engine bay less messy, sucks....guess I better make it less messy then.

Now if you do upgrade the cams, the powerband for the motor will be pretty sweet. I wish there was some way to just increase lift like on pushrod motors, you just swap out rocker arms. I didn't see it anywhere, but did you port match the intake and the heads yet? It does wonders for eliminating the steps that are usually present that make the air charge lose velocity and energy when coming into the cylinders.

I consider my engine bay to be very clean and although I have vacuum lines running to various places in the engine bay I have made it about as clean as I can. I have the BOV, FMU, FPR, Boost gauge sensor, External WG, and brake booster vacuum lines all coming from the intake manifold side of the engine bay and since the manifold is tapped for a larger hose its hard to HIDE all of the vacuum lines. I am going to be overly critical of everyone elses **** from now on. / bad mood

I am going to try to make my bay as pretty as possible and then post pics for RusMan to make sure it meets his approval. Im serious. In a couple days check back for the most un-messy engine bay EVER!

I dont know if I am going to be using it. Since I have 110 octane about 5 miles away and have a good IC I dont know if its going to really benefit me that much. I know I could advance timing with it, but honestly I like to just have a more simple setup. I know I dont need the WI to get 350whp, but it would make it easier....I dont know yet...we will have to see.
