yes... and if it's a multilayer PCB it would be very difficult to repair.

Thats your $600+ engine management down the pooper due to an idiots installation, he most likely tapped the wrong wires and most likely caused issues with his car.

At the price it sold for, I say it's probably worth the risk.

Also good to know that if I ever fry my EMU I can always recoup some of the investment.
