Default Vacuum source for AFPR

Question for you guys:

Best vacuum source for an AFPR would seem to be a tee into the stock FPR. How important is that?

With my BEGi unit mounted on the charcoal canister bracker, I have a vacuum line running right over it, sourced from the intake manifold. Couldn't be too bad to tee off that, would it?

I wouldn't think so. I usually just grab whatever is available and have never had problems. I run my Link MAP sensor tee'd into the stock FPR but I honestly don't think changing it to something else would be any less "accurate". My SC'd car has its AFPR sourced by the TB. No problems there...

I dont see why it would be a problem.

You can get a vacuum source from anywhere on the intake manifold. You can also tee into another line to get it as well. If you still need clarification, shoot me an e-mail and I can send you photos of where to tap into.

So long as it doesn't have to be the same line as from the stock FPR, as the old copy of the BEGi fuel system instructions I have says, then we're in business. Thanks!

Just keep the FPRs reference separate from any BOVs or boost controllers.
