There is a thread on here about a week ago, something like "cat out of the bag" or something. Search for replies by "keith". They are partnering with one of the LS conversion people to create a kit, maybe.

It's a tubular replacement for the front subframe. It uses the stock NB pickup points and will come with either NA or NB steering rack points. It's 9-10 lbs lighter than stock. The one in the picture has Miata motor mounts, but we have another one here with a different set of mounts welded on...

except you guys are only half correct....it's for us as well.

That specific one pictured is actually for 1.6/1.8 miata motors. ~10lbs lighter than OEM and "better" suspension geometry... rumored to be more like the NB points I believe.

How much is 10 lbs worth to most miata owners?

Not whatever that is going to cost with an FM markup.

At least to me.

I could easily loose 20lbs myself. Much cheaper.

Oh, I forgot one other benefit of it. I believe the mounting points for the steering rack are setup to allow for a lower car and less bumpsteer issues.

If they raise the suspension attaching points about 2 inches, that would be awesome! 2" lower with stock suspension geometry, I'd pay for that!

the lettering on that BEGI intake manifold looks retarted. Like a kindergartener learning how to block print. Seriously why wouldn't they do it in this font?
