miata brakes generally suck. Someone needs to make a 11.3" vr6 swap kit or something. Those brakes were awesome.
I'm seriously thinking it might be cost effective to buy the wilwood front brakes.

Miata brakes are "ok" IMHO, if you want brakes that suck, drive a DSM.
From what I understand, it is pretty easy to adapt the RX7 S2 calipers/rotors to the Miata. I think they are 12" rotors, with 4 pot calipers. I'd have to do some math to figure out if the calipers would play nice with the Miata master cylinder.
