Don't do turn-down tips BTW. They make the exhaust louder from inside the car.

As for resonated tips - anyone know if they quiet the exhaust down, when added to an otherwise quietish straight-through system?

They're supposed to. I switched exhausts on the fxt and current has a resonated tip, I think the difference is minimal from inside the car. Maybe a wee bit less raspi-ness
