Re wired the grounds......

is the bipes wired in like a afc?.....do you splice into the ground wires of the ecu w/ it?

IIRC... maybe. You splice into about 5 wires, can't remember if a ground was one of them. I'll check it out.

Okay, so..

It runs now YAYYYY!!!!!!!

I did 2 things, but in the end it was only the 2nd one..

1. I removed and sold the bipes, and returned the ECU wiring to stock.

2. I thought I had it made after I took the bipes out. I sat in it and put the center console back in. Bumped it to get it to go down, then the engine stalled. INJ fuse had blown.

Started following wires that go underneath the console and up to the parcel shelf. Remembered wires for WI go dangerously close to sheetmetal BUT those are tied into the CD player's circuit in my case. Shoved driver's seat forward and found 2 wires out of the bundle that goes up the driver's side and beneath sheetmetal of parcel shelf had grounded themselves really, really well to said sheetmetal! EUREKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really hope this can help someone. It wouldn't be a bad idea for anyone who's installed a roll bar (like me) to double check this spot if they have wiring gremlins.
