Do you wash your hands after going to the bathroom?

Keeping too clean isn't good for you either. You body needs to be exposed to some bacteria/virus' in order to produce antibodies. Not sayign to never wash up, but constant washing isn't the answer either. Same goes with taking medicine for everything. Another "gross" habit that is actually good for you is to eat your boogers. I'm not kidding. It's a natural habit that is only broken because it's not socially acceptable. With that said, I grab a paper tower (motion activated dispenser) and use it to open the door when I leave. I'm more ept to wash my hands before smoking or after to reduce odor and I don't eat my boogers.
Although I completely agree with your entire statement. Im more afraid of not having a good immune system then I am of touching someones **** covered hands.

At work I wash 100% of the time. Soap and water, lather, dry throughly. I hate having my hands remain wet, so I take my time drying.
At home unless I **** or **** myself, or feel like my hands are dirty, sweaty, etc. Then I dont really wash them.
If Im out at social type locations (restaurants, Miata club meetings, etc) then I use the the same washing technique that I use at work.
Edit: Also if Im cooking or after touching raw meat, then I wash. The obvious stuff.

I also flush public toilets with my foot. Urinal I won't flush, I'm not that flexible.

I build my immune system at work by working on the laptop karts that nurses chart on. They are the dirtiest damn things ever, especially in ICUs and CCUs :(
Working at different hospital facilities has got my immune system up I believe. I do wash my hands a lot with all the anti-bacteria auto-despensers around.
