yeah, that car isnt even close to being worth 15k. Because it was featured in a magazine doesnt make your 1990 w/ bolt ons worth 15k.

well it looks like a car worth about $4000 with less than $4500 in aftermarket parts. Only a dumbfuck on m.net would...and probably will pay that much.
Only an idiot would buy that car over the red turbo 1.8 in pamona thats for sell too.

yeah, but it doesn't have a wooden steering wheel or room for a walker in the trunk.
On a side note, a purist fuckstick was giving me **** for "ruining my collector brg" with paint, roll bar, and all the other **** this weekend. I tried to tell the dude it wasn't an italian car, but he didn't understand. I guess that ruins my chances at barret jackson for the car.

The only thing worse than trying recover money invested in a modded car by "hyping" the sale, is trying to recover the costs invested in a race car. The problem with this car is it's a little bit of both.
I did have somebody offer me $10k for my street Miata after it was published in Miata Mag, and it may have been worth $8-9k on a good day. But this was right after I'd gotten the supercharger on it and the entire red interior installed. It wasn't worth the profit to let it go.

I think that's about to start changing as we can now import Miatas with out having to jump through hoops (15 years old). I wish I would have bought a US car when I got mine, oh well.

Whenever I'm selling a car and trying to make as much as possible I make sure and tell them that its been in a few 25 hour races. That way they know its had the everliving **** beaten out of it. What a ******* dipshit, fucktard, douche canoe.
