Carolina Clutch has free shipping on ACT clutches

I hated my lightened flywheel at first, now that I am used to it is fine. I've heard there is quite a bit of difference between the sprung and unsprung 6 puck clutches. Since the interweb only contains truth, it would appear that the sprung ACT 6 puck with xtreme pp is very streetable. I will most definitely post a review compared to my ACT performance disc.
I will admit, if it wasn't a money issue, or I was starting from scratch I would have purchased the FM stage 2 clutch and pp.

I did 30k on a pucked ACT HD, so I know what it's supposed to feel like, but that ACT XT/6-puck combo was really awful. I'm sure you could get used to it, but bleh.

It was smoother to shift that car without the clutch, let's put it that way. The easiest way to get it off the line was a 2500rpm clutchdump - you'd get about 2 rotations of the rear tires and then roll smoothly away from the line.

my friends who have rode in the car with my setup mention how aggressive the clutch is... that is undeniable...
but i have learned to drive it such that i can drive it like a normal car.... you just have to rev it to 2500 to let it slip... and it will chirp at you because its solid hub, but it still goes like a normal car without any chatter.....
it will take you a week OP to get used to it.
